The Oncology Unit of the Regina Qu'Appelle Health Region serves the people of Southern Saskatchewan. This in-patient facility provides the support and expertise needed for diagnosis, treatment and symptom management for Allan Blair Cancer Center patients and Hematology patients. Treatments include inpatient chemotherapy and radiation therapy.

Our philosophy is to provide expert care in the physical treatment of cancer and support the psychological, emotional and spiritual aspects of the patient and family affected by the disease. To achieve this goal, the oncology team is made up of doctors, oncology nurses, dietitians, social workers, pharmacists, therapists, chaplains and volunteers that are involved in providing holistic patient care. Patients and families are encouraged to actively participate in care.

The Oncology Unit provides a peaceful, comfortable, home-like environment for our patients and their families.
