Sleep Disorder Centre

Home / Clinical Support / Respiratory / Sleep Disorder Centre

The Sleep Disorders Program helps people who have problems getting a good night's sleep because of snoring, sleep apnea, restless legs or other conditions. Patients are referred to the clinic by their family physician. A patient's first visit to the clinic is for evaluation to determine what treatment is required and to determine if further studies including a sleep study are required.

The clinic has two components: an outpatient clinic and a sleep laboratory, where patients are monitored during sleep. The Sleep Disorders Centre is staffed by physician Dr. G. Sridhar, respiratory therapists/polysomnographers, a supervisor and health information management practitioners.
