Meadow Primary Health Care Centre is located in Regina’s inner city, directly across from the Pasqua Hospital at 4006 Dewdney Avenue. The centre’s multi-disciplinary team of health care providers including physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, a counsellor and clinic assistants provide primary health care services to Regina’s inner city neighbourhoods. They also provide visiting services to the rural locations of Regina Beach, Southey and Cupar. Among its offerings, the centre focuses on meeting clients’ unique health care needs — including chronic disease management — and provide extended hours for immediate care.
The community's voice was very important in designing the centre and it helped determine the services the centre offers.
Meadow’s name was chosen by one of the clients participating in the initial design event. The clients identified that the clinic needed to be responsive to all clients and provide services to a diverse population with a wide range of healthcare needs. The community participants said the people coming to this centre will be like flowers a in a meadow – many different colours and types, all unique and beautiful.

Meadow Primary Health Care Clinic accepts new clients if the following criteria are met:
