About Extendicare Elmview

Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood in the South end of Regina, we are an accredited 62-bed long term care facility. Our long term care services are designed for those who can no longer be cared for at home or in an assisted living facility.

Extendicare Elmview recognizes that each resident living in this home is a unique individual with unique needs and wants. We are committed to ensuring that each person is treated with dignity, respect, caring and compassion.

Extendicare Elmview has 18 private rooms, 14 semi-private rooms, and four standard accommodation rooms. We’re a small, intimate setting with a wide range of programs and services.

Our goal is to meet each individual’s changing needs by offering a continuum of services. Our teams are well trained and committed to providing quality services in an atmosphere of comfort, security and peace of mind.

At Extendicare Elmview, we strive to establish a community for our residents which will enable them to enjoy life to its fullest. We are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of the people that we serve.

We are an affiliate of the Regina Qu’Appelle Health Region. The System Wide Admission and Discharge Department (SWADD) coordinates all admissions to long term care for the Regina Qu’Appelle Health Region. For information regarding admission and placement, please contact SWADD at 306-766-7200.
